BOK FINANCIAL

As Web Content Manager for BOK Financial Corporate Marketing, my role is to collaborate with marketing managers and the consumer, private wealth and commercial lines of business to implement new strategies to the bank’s flagship web properties. I built the ‘ways to pay’ solution in response increased client inquiries about linking their BOK accounts with person-to-person (P2P) payment services.

 

CONSUMER SOLUTIONS

The ‘Manage your credit card’ page was developed in response to legal concerns over site visitors confusing our third party vendor’s login with their BOK online banking interface. The Consumer stakeholders and marketing managers wanted a one-stop solution for existing BOK customers, so each black tile is a redirect to pages they requested be included.

The ‘Welcome’ landing page was the first announcement of a major acquisition and rebrand within BOK’s Colorado and Arizona markets. BOK’s Chief Marketing Officer wanted to highlight statements from respective market CEOs on a landing page with rebrand collateral he selected, which site visitors in the AZ/CO footprint could access from a banner on the homepage.
